Priorities:

  • Evaluate the balance of Maths and English support via interventions and booster classes in Year 6 to ensure focus is given to specific areas of need.
  • To evaluate the link between achievement and attendance and set up systems to improve individual attendance where necessary
  • Additional support for Year 5 children in Reading, Writing and Maths to ensure accelerated progress
  • Support from schools with good/outstanding practice to improve the

quality of teaching and learning. Provide targeted support for identified children

  • Provide additional numeracy support for Year 4
  • Through Pupil Progress meetings create individual pupil portraits for identified pupils in all KS2 year groups and provide coaching opportunities.
  • Our increased use of Pupil Tracker will give us the facility to track Ever6 pupils more effectively through school. This will enable us to evaluate the impact of PPG more effectively.
