PTA
Introducing the PTA
The PTA is run by volunteer parents whose main aim is to raise funds for the school, but it also provides a forum for socialising and organising community activities. From a festive calendar of events to rainbow raffles, Break the Rules Day, summer socials and various non uniform days, we continue to think of creatives ways to raise funds and bring joy and levity to the children and school community.
Things to know about the PTA
Every parent at school is automatically a member of the PTA. Everyone is welcome to come along to meetings (held monthly) and help is always appreciated at events – the more the merrier. These are a combination of both virtual and in person. We also work with self-nominated class representatives who help socialise and raise awareness of key information impacting their year groups.
Being involved doesn’t necessarily mean attending meetings. New ideas, advice and help at events is also what we are looking for. You can get in touch by emailing the school office if you want to find out more or would like to get involved, and we will pass your message on to our PTA Team.
The PTA Committee and Key Contacts
Every year the PTA has an Annual General Meeting (AGM), when volunteers are elected to the key roles.
